The 800 students at Casnati spend an average of more than 30 hours a week in school and, for this reason, we have decided to promote initiatives to educate and raise awareness of sustainable consumption habits thus ensuring that they become part of the daily lives of each of them.
Examples include the separate waste collection project and the introduction of the Casnati water bottles to reduce plastic consumption.
The school canteen, organized by the Hotel Management high school, works through electronic booking of meals (to minimize food waste) and has included in its offer green options – vegan and vegetarian – with the hope of gradual further renewal in parallel with the ESD educational work of teachers and peer-to-peer dissemination.
